We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Assistant Service Advisor to join our team at both locations.

What You'll Be Doing:
As an Assistant Service Advisor, you'll work alongside our Service Advisor and technicians to help keep our shop running smoothly and our customers informed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and providing a friendly, professional experience.
- Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments.
- Assisting with customer check-ins and vehicle repair orders.
- Helping communicate vehicle inspection results and repair recommendations to customers.
- Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles.
- Assisting with repair estimates, parts coordination, and repair scheduling.
- Helping coordinate communication between Service Advisors and technicians.
- Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle information in our shop management system.
- Assisting with customer checkouts, invoices, and payments.
- Supporting the Service Advisor with daily operations and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new software.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Willingness to work as part of a team.
- Basic automotive knowledge is helpful but not required.
- Previous customer service, automotive service, or office experience is a plus.
Automotive experience is not required for the right candidate. We are willing to train someone who has the right attitude and work ethic.
